ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ಒಂದೇ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖಗಳು, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಎನ್ನವುದು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ವಿಜ್ಞಾನವು ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಲು ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಡೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಪೂರ್ಣತೆ, ಅದು ಆತ್ಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆನಂದವಿದೆ, ಸಂತೋಷವಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ಆದರ್ಶವಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬುನಾದಿ, ದೇಹನಿಷ್ಠ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಆತ್ಮನಿಷ್ಟ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟವಾದುದು. ಆರೋಗ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೈತಿಕಮೌಲ್ಯಯುಕ್ತ ವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪರಂಪರೆಯು ಇದರ ಅಂತಃಸತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬರೇ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನವೇ ಮುನ್ನಡೆದರೆ ವಿನಾಶ ಕಟ್ಟಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು. ಆದರೆ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಜತೆಗೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಾಗಿದಾಗ ಅವಿನಾಶಿಯಾಗುವುದು. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಿಂದ ಬದುಕುವ ಜೀವನದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಮಗೆ ಇಂದು ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಧೈಯೋದ್ದೇಶವಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಆತ್ಮೀಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಜನನಿದಾಸರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಹೊಸ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪಠ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೆಳಕುಚೆಲ್ಲುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ಸಂತಸದ ವಿಚಾರ. ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಪಟ್ಟು ಹಲವಾರು ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಒಳಹೊಕ್ಕು, ಅನುಭವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಗ್ರಾಹ್ಯ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನೇ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಸ್ತುತ್ಯರ್ಹ. ಅನುಭವಗಮ್ಯವಾದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವ ಶ್ರೀಯುತರಿಗೆ ಆರಾಧ್ಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀ ದತ್ತಾಂಜನೇಯ ದೇವರ ಪೂರ್ಣಾನುಗ್ರಹವಿರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಸಂಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
Science and spirituality are two sides of the same coin, science is evidence, depends on Things can be invented as research is done. Science welcomes discovery to allow for further things. But there is no room for innovation in spirituality. It’s fullness, it’s blissful, it’s about realizing the Self.
Education is the foundation for building an ideal nation, self-centered culture is better than body-centered culture. Ethical values education is needed in building a healthy society. Indian heritage conveys its essence.
Destruction is bound to happen if only science advances. But when science goes along with spirituality, it becomes indestructible. Today we need the education of complete personality development of children and the education of living life by implementing spiritual knowledge.
It is a matter of happiness that dear Mr. Janadis, with good intentions, has embarked on the task of shedding light on the text and implementation of spiritual science in the new Indian educational policy. It is commendable that he has worked diligently to penetrate many ideas, provide literature that makes the society aware of the experiences and collections as well as awakens the students.
