ಕಾವೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಗೋದಾವರಿವರೆಗಿರ್ಪ ನಾಡದು ಕನ್ನಡನಾಡು ಎಂಬ ಪಂಪನ ಹೊನ್ನುಡಿಯು ಸದಾ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಕಿವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಯ್ ಗುಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕನ್ನಡನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ ಕಲಿತು ಓದಿ ಬರೆದರೂ ಸಹಾ ಕಾನೂನು ಪದಗಳು ಬಳಸುವಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನಾರ್ಥಕವಾದ ಪದ ಬಳಸಲು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಕಾರಣ (ಸುಮಾರು) ಪದಗಳು ಎರವಲು ಪದಗಳು. ಕಾನೂನು ಪದಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅರ್ಥ ಮತ್ತು ಒಳನೋಟರಿಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ಪದಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೇ ಅರ್ಥ ಇದರಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಮಾನ/ ಸಮೀಪದ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮವರೇ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಸಹ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲು ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸದಾ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲರಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾನೂನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ, ಕಾನೂನು, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಎಂಬ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪದಗಳ ಅರ್ಥಕೋಶವನ್ನು ಕೈಪಿಡಿ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು. ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವೇ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಹಾದಿ. ಇವರ ಈ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ನಿರಂತರತೆಯಿಂದ ಜ್ಞಾನಾರ್ಜನೆಯು ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಹೃದಯ ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಆಶಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗುವಂತಹ ಅನೇಕ ಲೇಖನಗಳು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಬರುವಂತಾಗಲಿ !!!

From Kaveri to Godavari and Girpa Nadu is Kannada Nadu
Pampan’s slogan is always ringing in our ears.
Even if one learns to read and write Kannada language in Kannada, it is impossible to use a word synonymous with it when using legal terms. Causal (about) words are loanwords. Legal terms have specific meaning and insight. So many words have the same meaning but have to use a similar/closer meaning.
In this regard many experiments are going on continuously. We are very proud to say that our very own Mr. Rajendra is also one of these labs.
Ever active as a law student, Rajendra has endeavored to bring out a handbook of English Kannada terms called Law Madhyam to be useful to the law, media and general public. Our heartiest congratulations to him for this work. Effort is the way to victory. By this time everyone will benefit and Rajendra will continue
I sincerely hope that enlightenment will flourish.
